1. Service

Auroinfo provides Shopify Scripts → Functions migration services under the tiers and terms described on this site. The free audit is informational only and does not constitute engineering work.

2. Engagement

A paid engagement begins only upon a written kickoff confirmation that names the in-scope Scripts, the chosen tier, and the delivery deadline. We will not start work without it.

3. Guarantee & refunds

For Express and Custom tiers, if we accept an engagement and do not deliver working Functions on your store before 2026-06-30, you receive a full refund. For White-Glove, the same guarantee applies, plus a 30-day fix-it window after launch during which we resolve any regression introduced by our work at no charge. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

4. Access

You will grant us collaborator access to your Shopify admin sufficient to install Functions apps, deploy custom Functions via the Shopify CLI, and configure relevant settings. You may revoke access at any time; doing so before delivery does not entitle you to a refund where delay is caused by missing access.

5. Out-of-scope

Anything not named in the kickoff is out of scope. We will quote out-of-scope work separately. There is no overage billing.

6. Liability

Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party Shopify Functions apps, Shopify platform changes, or store configuration outside of what we touched.
